Shipping
We ship our items via UPS, a global company with one of the most recognized and admired brands in the world. Once you have selected the items you want to purchase and proceed to check-out, you'll have a choice in the type of shipping services we offer for your shipping destination. Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and shipping destinations. Handling fees may be added to items which require extra care.
All purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Huntington Beach, California and are expected to arrive within 5-7 business days, to most states within the US, from receipt of your order . For an extra charge, UPS can expedite delivery to most destinations.
We are able to ship to International locations, but reserve the right to confirm any orders prior to shipping to locations outside of the US.
Returns / Exchanges
We are very proud of our Decomoments products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. As stated in our Quality Section of the Policy Page of the website, βAll items of our merchandise are 100% handcrafted by our craftsmen. We use centuries old method in coloring for our antique touch. Small irregularities in shades, surfaces, and finishes are hallmarks of such craftsmanship and should not be considered defects. Actual items may differ slightly in color from images in the web site. Specifications of individual items are subject to change and may differ from those shown or stated.β
Decomoments warrants our products against manufacturer's defects within 15 days of delivery date. All discounted and discontinued items are Final Sales and no returns will be accepted. We hand inspect our products before shipping out to you.
If you need to exchange or return an item, please first call our office at 714.274.1179 (Monday β Friday from 10am to 6pm PST) to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All returns and exchanges require prior approval before shipments will be accepted. Please fill out the return form that comes with your order prior to calling.
Please send your shipment postage prepaid by insured parcel post through the United States Postal Service (USPS) or by the United Parcel Service (UPS) to:

If you did not receive a return form with your order, please contact our office and we can email/fax/mail one to you.
For your protection, returned packages must be insured for the value of your merchandise. Repack items carefully. Please note that you are responsible for the safe return of the merchandise and for all shipping costs.
