Our Artist
Nattaphol Vorasaph, “Klang,” our artist, fervently pursued his passion in Art Deco for almost a decade as a researcher, a collector and now a founder/designer of Decomoments sharing with others the exquisite products of his fascination. A graduate of New York’s Parsons School of Design, Klang brings his own interpretation with precision, details and combination of materials, reminiscent of the intricate figures and handsome sculptures of the Art Deco period. He has carefully chosen skillful artisans who painstakingly use the centuries old superior "lost wax process" in the production of his bronze figures: a casting technique of multiple meticulous steps taking several weeks to ensure that all the details of the original sculpture are captured and transferred in the mold and that all the pieces are carefully fitted, assembled and finished to perfection.
